"Excellent care at the Emergency Gynaecology Unit"

I had a miscarriage and phoned the Emergency Gynaecology Unit in the morning. The doctor slotted me in within an hour for a consultation and after hearing the options given, I chose the surgery management option. I got admitted immediately and they arranged for the surgery to be done as soon as the operating theatre has an open slot.

The medical team - from gynaecologists, anesthesiologists, to nurses - was very professional and each of them checked thoroughly about my condition, explained to me about what I'll go through and made sure that I had all the information I needed. I felt that I was in good hands and the nursing staff was nice and friendly. The environment at ward 8C was nice and quiet, and the food was better than I've expected.

Thank God the procedure went well without complications and after a whole day of observation I was allowed to go home. Thank you so much to the medical care team at EGU.
