"First class amazing service"

From the first phone call to book my MRI on my spine - and even afterward these people went above and beyond. Being claustrophobic I was SO nervous about this procedure. The initial chat on the phone was reassuring on the extreme. On the day of the scan I was treated gently and kindly and explained to every step of the way. The Radiographer was kindness personified. She reassured me all the way through and told me exactly what to expect. Not only first class service before and during the scan but AFTERWARDS I had a challenge obtaining the written copy of my report from my GP. I explained my dilemma and within 24 hours I had my copy. An excellent experience before, during and after. Thank you all so much.
