About: Portsdown Group Practice

After 8 days of calling everyday I am unable to make an appointment.

My issue is not Covid related however would class as urgent.

I have spent 2 hours a day trying to get an appointment and now don’t know where to turn for help.

I have emailed politely with my concerns on 2 occasions and have not had any form of response or even an acknowledgement.

I fully appreciate time are different and have been patient but after 8 days of trying to make an urgent appointment without success or even any hope of an appointment or resolution I’m not sure what else to do!
