About: East Glade Centre

(as a service user),

I'd like to provide feedback on the East Glade South Recovery Team in Sheffield. My Care Coordinator is exceptional. She understands me. She knows what to do in a crisis and how to diffuse the situation. Her listening skills are amazing. She hears me when a lot of the wider community mental health team don't. In addition, the employment and education worker is brilliant. He has been of great support to me. I cannot fault his hard work, positivity and support. Highly recommend the service at East Glade that I have received so far.
