About: Woodend Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a pre-op assessment today at Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen.   I was waiting for just a couple of minutes even though I arrived five minutes early.   The whole process was carried out efficiently but without feeling rushed at any stage.   Everything was explained at each stage.   The staff involved were great.   I never cease to be amazed at how caring our NHS people are! !

This is a great piece of feedback Herbert72 we really appreciate that you have taken the time to share your experience with us. We are all working very hard in trying to ensure that everyone feels safe throughout their time in NHS care in all departments, so receiving recognition that staff have been attentive is a big boost and shows all the work that is being put in is paying off. I will be passing on your positive feedback to management and ensure that the pre-op staff all know what a great job they're doing and the positive impact they are providing for patients.
