I felt so very anxious when I attended my appointment. However, the courteous and caring initial contact was so good. I was still a gibbering wreck but my every question was answered in a kind and considerate manner. The procedure itself was explained in depth and I felt in touch with the staff and that they understood my anxiety.
Your staff are utterly amazing please show them love and care that they showed me. Stay safe
