I’m over 29weeks pregnant and found out I’m having pregnancy diabetes. Today was supposed to be my dietician appointment which I was so much looking forward to. I really do want to make sure my baby will be born healthy and on time and I will not become diabetic for life.
I have received message that appointment will not take place and instead will have phone conversation within similar time. I have not received that phone call until now (it’s 20: 08 in the evening). I have called number provided in the text message to be given direct number to the clinic after 20 minutes on hold. Then called that number but was disconnected at every time I have tried calling. I then have called and send text messages to the Diabetes team who referred me for this appointment and also no reply.
Came late to work 2hours, very stressed and upset. Nobody is replying to my messages about high sugar levels during my tests at home (5 within 5 days). Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
