"I waited a year for this routine appointment"

I found the gastroenterologist to be rude and unprofessional. Had not seen this person before, was trying to explain my problems but they did not want to listen. I waited a year for this routine appointment, which my GP requested as I was having so many problems. Although the nurses and admin staff were very nice, I think that the doctor I saw had a lot to answer for and is really letting the team down. I really really hope that this department improves this lack of care.
