"My husband's triple heart bypass"

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

I am totally beside myself with worry after trying for hours now to find out how my husbands surgery went, every number I call just rings and rings, I’ve been through the switchboard same thing! Why wasn’t I contacted to be told how his surgery went? ? I have 3 small children, I don’t drive and have no family close by and I live nearly 40 miles away.   I can’t just pop by to find out how’s he’s doing.

I am totally grateful to the doctors who have treated him but pls for the next family put something in place so they don’t have to go though the worry I have been through today.
