"The best health service anyone could wish for"

Had to have a basal cell Carcinoma removed at Forth Valley Royal in Larbert.

I was taken on time and greeted by David who was the surgeon doing the procedure.

He asked me a few questions, due to the current situation of Covid. Then went through to the room  where he introduced Lee-Anne who was assisting.

David took the time to explain what the basal cell Carcinoma was, the procedure, asked if I had any questions.

During the procedure, both David and Lee-Anne talked to me, I would say they had excellent rapport (banter).

All in all I would say they are a credit to the best health service anyone could wish for. As I felt at ease the whole time, before I knew it, the procedure was done and i was heading home.
