About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Urology (Bladder and Urinary problems)

(as a service user),

I left a comment on here a couple of weeks ago and just wanted to thank the staff in urology  department and Linda very, very much - your speed in getting me seen, and getting investigations done was incredible. 

Also thank you hugely to the three absolutely wonderful nurses that cared for me on Tuesday with such dignity and kindness. Right through the hospital, friendly faces and support and smiling eyes (!) ...

Dear Anon29

So glad to have been able to help. Being at a managerial level in nursing takes away your patient contact and the ability to directly help and support others so it made my day to read this and know for sure I was able to make a difference to someone. I hope you find answers to your problems soon and are able to live life to the full. Thank you very much for taking time out to pst your feedback.
