Thank you for taking the time to explain everything so clearly to me, the other services have all just fobbed me off. The DoLS process, capacity, this meeting and that meeting and this assessment and that assessment and all the jargon ... I didn't have a clue what they were all talking about so how am I supposed to help my mother?! 

You have been a great help and I would love to give something back to your organisation and all the IMHAs and IMCAs who have helped my mother.
