About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I attended the QMH today for planned Plastic Surgery. I must say that from the time that I entered the premises until I departed,every member of staff, without exception could not have been more courteous and professional. Every detail of the procedure was explained to me. The professionalism of ward and theatre staff was nothing short of exemplary. My sincere thanks to to them all.
