"ENT Outpatient Department Glasgow Royal Infirmary"

A few days ago I   attended my ENT Outpatient appointment at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The nursing staff on duty were all friendly, polite and helpful and were adhering to Covid-19 restrictions and social distancing measures in place and thanks also to the domestic staff also as all areas were extremely clean and tidy. My appointment was with ENT Registrar Doctor Paterson, who was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and was very patient, taking the time to listen to my reason for referral and symptoms I had been experiencing. I myself am employed at this hospital as a Staff Nurse, and I really appreciated his approach and he made me feel at ease. He is a credit to his specialty and indeed his profession. Well done all members of staff in this area.
