The service I encountered at this unit was fantastic! The Matron and the team on duty during my 24hr stay were brilliant. Particularly Amanda (nightshift) who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort by making me food and charging my phone. These may seem like only minor points but they certainly made a huge difference to me and show care, understanding and attention to detail of the highest order.
