He was examined by a practitioner on the seating area outside the main entrance. To begin there was no confidentiality, No privacy and dignity for my son. Most of all I feel there was not a comprehensive assessment carried out, as he was told by the practitioner that they didn't think his jaw was broken as he would not be able to move it. I have tried to get in touch with the manager of the urgent care centre to inform them of their mistaking diagnosis, my son has just come out of theatre having broken his jaw in two places. I feel disgusted at this UCC.
