I attended the online Communicating with Confidence course at the Recovery College and the course brought me out of my shell and made me contribute more than I thought I would - It catered well to mine and the other participants on the course. Trainers ensured that everyone had their say on the topics raised. Any improvements? Not really - the forms which had to be completed prior to the next part of the course were good idea as it gave relevance to what was coming next.

Hi Recovery College student

Communicating with Confidence waas one of the first courses we developed in Inclusion Recovery College and has always been popular with our students. We were a little worried about how it would go moving this course online, so I really value this feedback.

It is always great to hear when people felt more engaged and able to participate than they expected. Our courses really are about you, the students,and you help us to make them the success they are. I'm glad you found the forms useful; they help us reflect a little on our behaviours and ways of communicating. You may like to go back and look at them again in a few months and see what has changed. It is amazing how from small seeds, significant changes can come.

Also good to know it worked for you online!
