"Trying to get support for a vulnerable relative"

About: Shawpark Resource Centre

(as a service user),

As a family we felt we were at crisis point trying to get adequate care for my relative who has mixed dementia and is feeling vulnerable.

More than 2 years dealing with this agency we are broken and my relative is in a much vulnerable position than she was at the start.

we feel there is no accountability & our questions are blatantly not answered, we feel they have all the power and may sleep easily at night but the family won’t. We feel powerless to do anything.
