"Covid testing in NHS Lanarkshire"

I contacted the staff helpline on Sunday and completed the online test form. I was very surprised to be called 10 minutes later  by a very helpful and reassuring staff member who explained the process clearly and arranged a test for my son for the next day. 

He was anxious about this but the nursing staff were brilliant and again explained clearly what the test would be, completing it very quickly and efficiently. I was given clear information about when to expect the results and advice to isolate until then. I feel the service was excellent and I was reassured to know NHSL staff service is second to none with regards to promptness, professionalism and care.
