About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Surgical HDU

(as a service user),

Had major surgery last year and spent a few nights in surgical hdu post op. All the staff were fantastic, especially staff nurse Sophie who went above and beyond to help me.

Dear AW09

Thank you so much for your feedback about our Surgical High Dependency Unit. The staff will be thrilled to know that they have done a great job for you. It can be quite scary in that type of hospital environment and staff work hard to make sure patient comfort and safety come first. Sophie will be delighted to be named. Thanks you again and I hope your recovery is speedy and smooth.
