I waited over one year for an appointment with restorative team. I was told, by their dentist, that that they do not offer root canal past L4 tooth even though he already had my referral letter . When I received my consultation letter I was shocked to find that majority of what had been discussed was not mentioned in the letter. When I complained he sent me a letter insinuating I was a liar. One of my teeth needs a root canal and the other is cracked and he’s telling me he can’t see it. He needs glasses and a lot more training. Advice to anyone on the waiting list. Please find a good dentist elsewhere and do not wait in pain. The dentist told me to go looking for a dentist ‘even if it means you need to pay”
I was sent away with interdental brushes. What for I don’t know. This can be given at any ordinary dental practice. There seems to be something going on in this department whereby they are sending people away as they are too snowed under with the back log on their waiting list. Very poor service. No social distancing when necessary
