Had a scan last December. Been bounced about between consultants/departments and was eventually meant to speak to a respiratory Dr by phone today at 4 o’clock to discuss results/my current condition.
It’s now 5 o’clock and I’ve had enough of this fiasco. They keep you waiting for ages only adding to your anxiety, then seemed surprised when you don’t seem impressed with them!Even if the doctor was called away on an emergency, or was sick, why wouldn’t someone call to advise?They have no concept of customer care.I feel really sorry for the staff working there who do care as it must be hard to keep their morale up.
