"Caring and considerate"

My mother was so very well looked having had a bad fall and a stay in hospital. She came here for rehabilitation and personal care for over a month.

She tells us the staff were lovely , and very kind and nothing was too much trouble. The physiotherapists got her arm moving and generally helped her mobility and the care staff were considerate in their personal care. If we had need to call they were never too busy to talk to us and as it was in the Covid lockdown period they would let us speak to her every day. We can’t thank you enough.
