"Wheelchair replacement"

(as a service user),

I had to have my electric wheelchair upgraded, my old one had been in fulltime service for sooo long. Being a fulltime wheelchair user brings its own daily anxiety and concerns.   I was very anxious about getting a new chair.   The wheelchair service engineer and team throughout the assessment and fittings were very reassuring and explained how much more suitability my new chair would bring.   On the day of sign off, Rehab Engineer Jock made sure that every angle of the chair was fit to my purpose making sure all through the process I felt comfortable & safe physically but he also spent so much time going through it all, road testing in and out, that mentally I could see my anxiety turn into seeing the plus benefits.  

I am so thankful, appreciative and glad that their calm assertiveness made me see that change was required.   The aftercare handover advice was very thorough ensuring my wellbeing was not compromised.   100% satisfaction with care, customer service, professionalism and kindness.
