Why do the administrators make it so hard at Lomond Practice? Made a mess of my prescription and even when I checked with the pharmacy they still would not acknowledge, messed up an appt where the doctor was trying to give me a blood test as it was somebody else's notes! Was told by the doctor to make an appt and their attitude was "we don't do it that way but if the doctor said it I suppose we will have to give you an appt!" I suffer from mental health issues and each time this happens it knocks me back

hi joyce, I feel if I speak to anybody they will make it difficult for me to get appointments, neither I or my family feel we can face ever ringing up the receptionists as we feel they do everything possible to makes matters worse, I am in the middle of treatment and cannot afford for any persons to make things worse.

been referred to a psychologist who phoned girlfriend ages ago, was meant to phone parents, nothing, I have been left struggling with my mental health
