From my personal experience, Mid Essex CCG does not seem to know what organization they commission secondary care mental health services with. It took a 5-month battle to get the answer. I had suggested that answer at the onset of the 5 months but PALS and even a commissioner etc did not know or was it they did not want to tell me? Strange as they are the NHS organization that commission the services of this organisation. An example of NHS bureaucracy gone wrong with accountable officers on high salaries, but not able to explain themselves.
