I am power-of-attorney for health and well-being for the service user. Today the Rapid Response team adaptations department fitted a handrail for her. She suffers from dementia. I would like to thank you on her behalf for the very prompt service and the efficiency of the young man who came to fit the rail together with his polite manner and discretion. He did a good job and left everything clean and tidy. Very much appreciated and thank you to all the team!
