About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

Had an appointment at Lincoln Hospital today at the Gynaecology Department. I'm not going to lie, in the past I've had awful past experiences with this hospital but today I was pleasantly surprised. I had to have a Hysteroscopy which is not the nicest of procedures, however I was  put at ease  by  the lovely consultant who explained every step of the procedure beforehand, and during the procedure. Both the consultant and the two nurses were kind, supportive and made sure I was feeling comfortable and should be praised for their professionalism and caring nature. Thank you Nicky, Jess and Sharon.

I will ensure your positive feedback is passed onto our Nurse Hysteroscopist Nicky and the nursing team - especially those that you have taken the time to mention personally.

Feedback is always welcomed by the team as we are all passionate about providing a high quality, patient centred experience for those referred to our clinics, and feedback helps us to know both when we are getting things right, but also where we can improve.It is therefore really rewarding when the comments received are positive, and show that we are reflecting the Trust values and behaviours that we are committed to.
