About: General practices in Forth Valley

(as a service user),

I received test results back on Friday and was informed a doctor would call me today. And I’ve been waiting all day for a doctor to call me. I’ve just called in and have been told another doctor will call me tomorrow I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable I’m really worried about the results and was wanting to talk through them with my doc also the way the receptionist handled the call was shocking - so unhelpful.
