About: Victoria Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Visited on a Sunday morning for injury to my foot. Was processed from registration, investigation, x-ray to consultation quickly and efficiently. Diagnosis, treatment and  further treatment were fully explained. All staff were courteous and helpful. My treatment reinforced my confidence and support for our treasured NHS.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in the A & E Department at the New Victoria Hospital.

I was delighted to hear you experienced such an efficient service from staff and the process was explained fully and in a helpful manner.
