What I liked

The care taken and given to me whilst there

What could be improved

I dont look for improvements I was ill and taken very good care off that is all I asked for and got it is a hospital not a holiday hotel

My entire stay starting from AAU then EAU and then Kings B was at all times excellent regarding treatment and the staff from the lowest job description right up to a consulant. I suffer horrible panic attacks which kick in if I feel pain That very early morning of the Wednesda .y 10th October 2012 was horrible for me and upsetting for personal reasons. Everyone including the ambulance drivers were all so very kind and caring I am not myself at the best of times when in hospital I have been in and out of them many times since I was a child My special thanks goes to the nurses of Kings B Ward I cannot say enough to praise them.Would you be so kind as to pass on to all of the a huge thank you .....I will try to get up there and personally thank thank them I owe everyone who cared for me a big debt of gratitude I will not poor scorn on anything at the Hospital I worked there many years ago and know the system very very well and understand the stress ,hard work they all do each and every day

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, I am really pleased that you had a positive experience during your recent visit to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. Our team take great pride in being able to deliver care with kindness and compassion, being in hospital can be a very difficult and stressful time, so it was great to read that we did all that we could to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our frontline teams love to recieve feedback from patients, so I will make sure that the teams on AAU, EAU and Kings B have the opportunity to see your comments.
