About: Scottish Ambulance Service

(as a relative),

We had to call the ambulance service for my wife, as she was having breathing difficulty. Stephanie and Ian turned up very soon after call, and I can honestly say that we could not have had better treatment anywhere. My wife had a full check, and they called both the hospital and local surgery to get full advice. I can't thank them enough, and everyone should be very grateful that we have such excellent workers in our NHS.

Dear Ronat, firstly I hope your wife is on the road recovery as experiencing breathing difficulties' is a difficult and stressful experience to say the least.

I am pleased to hear that the ambulance personnel were professional and efficient whilst they were caring for your wife.

As part of a multi disciplinary team we always strive to put the patient at the centre of what we do and its great to receive such positive feedback.

If you could possibly contact me on agraham1@nhs.net as I would like to pass on your comments to the staff involved. I will need the date and address to allow me to search in the command and control data base.to identify the crew.

Kind Regards

Andy
