Sorry to hear you were unwell and had to be brought in to our ED by ambulance and we hope you are now feeling much better.

Thank you for your praise of the ‘brilliant’ staff who looked after you during this visit and for highlighting how polite and efficient they were.

The ability to put you at ease when you are perhaps feeling anxious about your health is more of an acquired skill that takes learning and time to develop as each patient is different and we are pleased to hear that this skill was also shown during your time in ED.

We will be pleased to forward your kind comments to the Matron to share with the rest of her team.
