About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Someone in the admin side of microbiology department in this hospital wrote the wrong date of birth on a form for our results. Because of this, our current doctor can now not go ahead with our fertility treatment that we have already long awaited adding extra stress. We have been put back months because of this minor error as the test has to be done again but of course microbiology has been closed since March due to COVID and shows no sign of re-opening yet. Staff member should learn to listen properly and take care in what they’re doing as they have have added a lot of stress on what is already a challenging situation to be in. Can not express the disappointment.
