Just have a tab on the main page with a link to Ask my gp. This is infuriating. I can't find jack all. Downloading this downloading apps, needing ransom credentials, I'm just trying to book an appointment to see if I'm dying or not.

There is a link in the middle of our website. https://www.lowerclapton.nhs.uk/ (the orange writing which says 'Click here for Doctor or nurse advice or admin help') If you still can't get it to work please do call our reception team who will be happy to talk you through it, or book an appointment by phone if you can't get it to work. (Tel: 020 8986 7111 ) There are a few security details which are important to make sure that no one gains access to your medical information without your knowledge and consent.
