"Paramedics went above and beyond"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as a relative),

I am writing this on behalf of my mum, who was helped by mark and Laura after an accident in a stairwell in early August 2020. Paramedics Mark and Laura went above and beyond 

They were kind, friendly, reassuring and went above and beyond for my family during a frightening time.
