"Shockingly poor consultation"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

(as a service user),

I have already tried to make an honest review of my poor experience but surprise surprise... it was rejected. I felt that they lacked empathy, lacked care and would not listen.

How can Stepping Hill Hospital improve its ratings if it refuses to accept constructive criticism.
