Recently my father passed away in Biggart Hospital. I had cause to raise a complaint and I can not praise the clinical nurse manager Karen enough. She listened to my story gave very good explanations and showed nothing but compassion and empathy to my mum and I. We didn’t feel rushed and I left feeling as though someone had listened to me and wanted to help.
