Superb care at A&E

(as a service user),

I would like thank all the staff that treated me at Victoria A&E. I arrived by ambulance and the paramedic crew were amazing, very kind and reassuring on the journey to A&E. On arrival at the hospital the co-ordination and organisation of my admission was very slick. I was seen quickly and assessed by consultant, junior doctor and nurse. Having sustained quite a serious burn to my whole right foot, my treatment was explained very clearly and I felt very listened to and any questions I had were answered. The nurse who dressed my foot was super lovely and again was very reassuring. The whole department was very busy but the domestic staff were constantly visible keeping everything spotless. Thank you all so much!
