"The human touch was not lost"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

I would like to thank the nurses and medical staff who looked after pre, post and during my spinal block injection.

All were friendly and up beat.

I was made to feel secure in the knowledge that even in these strange times , the human touch was not lost and that the staff were able to give reassurance and support with kindness and humour.

Thank you for your lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in Day Surgery in the New Victoria Hospital.

I'm thankful the staff were able to put you at ease before and after your spinal block injection and remained professional and friendly throughout which is what we aim to do at all times.

I will be sure to pass on your comments to the relevant staff which I'm sure they will be delighted to hear in this difficult time.

Lastly I would like to wish you a speedy recovery and thanks again for your lovely comments they are very much appreciated.
