"Outstanding professionalism, care and attention"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Gynaecology University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as a service user),

Last week I attended the Post Menopausal Clinic.   Following a procedure I became unwell.   This was unrelated.   I spent several hours in the clinic before being sent to University Hospital Wishaw.   There are not enough words to describe the outstanding professionalism, care and attention I received from Dr Pandravada, Margaret and Corina.

Corina, in particular, is a ‘treasure’.   She kept popping in and out of the room I was in checking I was ok and sat with me when she could reassuring me that I was not taking up any of their time.   She got me tea and biscuits and even offered to get sandwiches before I went to Wishaw.   Thankfully I was fit to go home a few hours later.   The three ladies are a credit to the hospital.   My heartfelt thanks to you all.

Dear MoDubh,

I'm so pleased to hear that you managed to get home on the same day after your procedure, particularly as you be became unwell!

Dr Pandravada, Margaret and Corina will be delighted to hear that as well, and they'll be really grateful for your thanks and recognition of their professionalism.

I'll make sure your feedback reaches them.

Kind regards

Rick
