"Heybridge ward"

I was sent to Heybridge ward after I thought I was having a miscarriage.

I was left waiting for hours for a scan I arrived at 10:30am to finally go home at 7:30 pm.

When I finally got a scan I had a very rude staff member telling me that I should be happy with the children I have when I asked if they knew why the miscarriage had happened they then said it was my age as they left the room.

So already upset with the news that I had miscarried was told I should be happy with the children I have and it was my age as to why I had a miscarriage before being sent home.

In my option why is someone that obviously has no people skills be doing a sensitive job like this I was devastated
