"Fantastic care"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

I attended Sandborne Suite for surgery. From the moment I arrived the lady on the main desk was kind and helpful.The nurses were amazing as was the aneathatist and Consultant. They all took time to ensure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. The excellent care continued when I was admitted on to ward 7 for 6 days. Thank you to all staff ☺️

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your experience. It is always nice to hear how well things have gone and patients are pleased with the care and attention they receive.

Thank you for highlighting the fact you were well informed by the anaesthetist and surgeon and they made sure you understood and felt comfortable.

Ward 7 is a lovely ward and I know the staff will be thrilled to hear you found their care excellent.

We hope you are recovering well from your surgery and will soon be fit enough to get back to everyday life.

Your comments will be passed on to the matron and sister so they can share with the rest of the team.
