Reception staff were very caring and accommodating to my needs. Went out of their way to help me.

Doctor was thorough but very reassuring. Listened to my knowledge of my condition and how I felt. Very happy and feel looked after by the best! Hate the appointment system, if your illness makes it impossible to be on the phone by 8 am then you have no chance of seeing a dr. Love the on line service as fairer and at least I get to speak to a dr if they think my needs warrant a call. Feel safer knowing I can email and get a reply, rather than phoning and ‘computer says no’ Loving the new staff that speak to you rather than snarl if you ask for an appointment. Please change the telephone by 8am system, so difficult if you are disabled to be ready for finger on redial button race! Would the old ticket system work? If you really need to see a doctor then you will wait. If you’re not desperate and the waiting number is higher than you want to wait, then you leave. Worked a tread before.
