"Poor Management "

The healthcare team work very hard, which you can see however, the treatment by senior management is inexcusable. The new manager appointed in 2019 is rude and abrasive, ordering staff without as little as a thank you for their efforts. The Administrator in the front office is also very rude and arrogant. The previous manager was so helpful but this new one is so loud and quick to talk over you it has ruined what was once a nice home. Please rehire and look for people who actually show they care about the residents and staff!
