For a long time, I struggled with social anxiety and depression. I am so happy that I was referred to CBT at Hounslow IAPT with Rashmeet. During the sessions, I learned many strategies and techniques that helped me to improve my self-esteem, confidence, and social skills. Rashmeet was patient and professional. I am really thankful for all her work and positivity.
I was hesitating to ask for help and didn't know that these services existed. During my first visit, I was so afraid to go... Now I understand the importance of therapy. I learned a lot during the CBT sessions. I learned how social anxiety works, how my old behaviors and thought were making it worse and how should I improve. These skills are life-changing for somebody who had major anxiety while speaking with a friend. Now I am ready to improve my confidence even more and excited to change my life.
