"Terrible experience, again"

About: West Suffolk Hospital

After a previous bad birth experience, I asked for an elective csection. After multiple meetings and calls, I was talked into booking in not be induced using a specific method to try and make the experience more controlled.

When I arrived for the said induction method, after being at the hospital for 4 hours they told me they couldn't do it because my cervix wasn't 'favourable', was then offered a pessary. This caused hyper stimulation and was taken. I then waited 8 hours for a Dr to attend to me who explained they wouldn't do anything else because they were so busy.

When I questioned the use of the first method, they said it was medically unlikely it would work but this was not true as I had heard them all outside at reception speaking about how they are only allowed to do two a day. So I spent two days waiting for something I was booked in for but didn't have done because they had over booked.

When I questioned the Dr about it, she apologises that I wasn't told the truth and suggested I come back next week to be "assessed".

Terrible second service from the F11 ward at the hospital and considering travelling an hour away to have my baby because of the lack of care or consideration for patients.
