"Telephone Staff"

About: The Royal London Hospital

When I called to say I couldn’t feel my baby moving a lady answered and she was so rude in the way they talk to you as if it’s not important to them and it’s whatever. I understand the job is hard but this shouldn’t be the way I should be being spoken too when I am worried about my baby. The staff at the desk was nice and respectful but it’s like they want you in and out as soon as possible. I then called again and she was even more rude. I was trying to explain to her but the attitude was so wrong. I really don’t recommend making this place your trusted place they do not care.
