Laura HCA who has been looking after my daughter in cub 9 is an exceptional member of the team- she goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I have what we need and I wanted to give her acknowledgement for her hard work

Dear HB91

Thank you very much for this, I will make sure Laura gets this feedback.

I hope your daughter is starting to feel better.

We have a lovely team on the children's unit and it really nice to know that you have been looked after well,as we appreciate that its a really stressful time when your child is in hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to recognise Laura's hard work.
