"Excellent service"

I do not personally recognise the previous reviews as being relative to this Practice - perhaps performance has improved dramatically since they were written. I have never had to wait too long for an appointment in the case of a condition which needs quick attention. Occasionally, reception staff have seemed, at worst, a little brusque but I have always found them to be polite and quite often to use a friendly manner. The phone system gives an opportunity to hold on and speak to a person, just by pressing the number for the relevant extension, even if it does take a while for a receptionist to answer, in busy periods. Personally, I want to say a massive thank you for the care I've received over the last couple of months. The doctor concerned has been very efficient and friendly and the nurses, who I have seen twice a week during that time have been friendly and reassuring, as well as showing the utmost expertise. The situation with regard to corona virus has been very challenging for them and they've shown no stress or impatience, in spite of having to completely change their PPE and clean the treatment room in between seeing each patient. It is true that, even if you have been a patient for decades, you are unable to reorder a prescription on line at the moment, if you haven't used that service until now - I hope this will be resolved soon.

I also hope that any uncertainty with regard to possible relocation of the Practice will soon be cleared up.
